Sisterfields is an 8 Degree restaurant complex in Seminyak comprising the very popular Sisterfields cafe, BossMan burger Bar and Bikini Restaurant. The assessment covered energy and water consumption and waste production and ways to reduce the consumption and manage the waste production to minimise waste going to landfill.

As part of the work for 8 Degree Projects, the assessment for the new restaurant Pink Lao in Seminyak and the follow-up review of designs have also been done. This included integrating a rooftop garden, solar PV, waste water circular economy treatment, and minimizing waste to landfill.
